Flexibility

Flexibility rocks.

Here’s why -

  • Your competitors who are more entrenched in a market will be less flexible as a general rule of thumb. They’re comfortable where they are.
  • Secondly, you’re trying to get someone to try you on for size - incentivise them. You just might surprise yourself.
  • Third, do whatever it takes. They need you there today - thenĀ  today it is. They need you to solve a problem - either do it, or find someone to help them do it. Essentially, offer them solutions - not problems.

Sounds simple enough isn’t it … and yet, many small and medium sized businesses aren’t as good at doing this as they should be.
