You don’t matter

Your customer does.

Or the person who is about to be your customer.

Or the person whom you want to be your customer.

So talk about them. Talk to them. If you have to introduce yourself, keep it simple and to the point.

Let them ask you for more information - provided you impressed them with the solution(s) you’re offering them.

After all, having the latest widget isn’t going to help them if they don’t know how to maximise its value.

So go ahead. Tell them how to fix a problem. Win some business. Grow their presence. Look good. Sound better.

Help them do something.

There’ll be plenty of time for you and your story later.

Do you have examples of brands that talk too much about themselves? What about brands that you love to find out more about simply because they talk about you? Give me some examples.
